I ask for ground floor room due to my handicap condition.the guy at front office. Looked new because it took him a long time to check in. Another customer walked in and they forgot the room number. Simple by customer for rm#. This guy had him wait fpr 15 minutes. Eventhough i told the guy to help this customer while he is processing check ins for me.
